Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Computer Training Services

The following are the terms that apply between Macresource Computer Solutions (“we” or “us”) and its clients (“you” or “the customer”) in relation to the supply of IT training services. The term “public course” refers to training courses carried out at our training centre. The term “on site” training refers to training carried out on the premises of the customer.

Unless the customer makes prior arrangement, course fees must be paid, in full, no later than 14 days prior to the start of the course.

Subject to any alternative agreement being reached between Macresource Computer Solutions and the customer, in the event of cancellation by the customer of a booking on one of our public courses, the following fees will be payable:

0-7 working days notice: 100% of the booking fee
8–14 working days notice 50% of the booking fee

We reserve the right to cancel a public course at any time. In such circumstances, our liability will be limited to the repayment of any booking fees already paid by the customer.

In the event of cancellation of on site training course booked by the customer the following fees will be payable:

0-7 working days notice: 100% of the booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English laws and the English courts.
