When the picture box is pasted its leading will be automatic and since it is probably larger than the text, its leading will be larger causing the whole paragraph to shift down.
This can be corrected simply by entering a fixed leading for both the text and the bullets. Thus, in our no-smoking poster example, we simply highlight all the bulleted text (including the anchored boxes) and enter a fixed leading of 30 points.
