About Adobe PageMaker

Adobe PageMaker is a professional page layout package which, in it's heyday was more widely favoured by business users than designers-who tended to opt for InDesign or QuarkXPress. It is suitable for producing publications of any size either for in-house output or for high-quality printing. It has an interface which is easy-to-use and yet powerful.

PageMaker is now obsolete and has been superseded by Adobe InDesign.

2 day Introduction - 1 day Advanced

Our PageMaker Courses

To anyone still using PageMaker, Macresource Computer Training offer a two day introduction and a one day advanced course on PageMaker. Our Introduction to PageMaker shows users the fundamentals of PageMaker page layout and the manipulation of text and graphics within basic publications.

Our Advanced PageMaker course concentrates on some of the more powerful tools PageMaker has to offer for the manipulation of longer and more complex publications.

Buying PageMaker Software

Adobe PageMaker 7 costs approximately £450, plus VAT, with upgrades from previous versions costing around £65.

Downloading PageMaker trial version

Adobe offer a trial version of PageMaker. It can be downloaded at the following URL:

The PageMaker tryout version is fully functional but expires after 30 days.
