This course is aimed at those already familiar with both basic and advanced InDesign features. It is particularly useful for those who repurpose data for distribution via several different media. It introduces XML and explains how it can be integrated into InDesign publishing workflows. Having been shown the basics of XML and DTDs, delegates will learn how to map XML elements to InDesign styles, create both independent and in-line placeholders for XML content and import XML files to automatically generate  complete InDesign layouts.
